Author gives presentation on 103rd anniversary of sinking

On April 15, 2015 (the 103rd anniversary of sinking) Joseph Mortati gave a presentation at American University in Washington, DC to business faculty and students on his Titanic Story. Students interview author for graduate term project

In late 2013, three graduate student students from Texas Woman’s University, interviewed the author as part of project for the course “Managerial Decision Making”. They chose the Titanic as their case study and questions focused on the “Pareto Principle” (aka “80/20 Rule”) and how a firm understands and markets to its customer base and understand Customer Lifetime Value.
